The name is officially Cagles Mill. However most people call it Cataract, and this is the name it is most known for. This is because of the small community that is in the area of the lake. So if you hear us on this refer to the lake as Cataract or Cagles Mill, we are talking of the same thing. This is also the same for Raccoon Lake, the official name is Cecil M. Hardin Lake. Those fish are smart they see the same bait the same lures and hear the same unusual noises in the water and somehow they just know that we are trying to catch them. But I will agree with you there is alot of small fish, and with all the flooding we have had they should have had a good spawn and will probably produce several more small fish.
